Yea. Looks like he'll be a cunt with the doom assist. Shame about the whole 'worst character design in the history of the world' thing though. Arthur looks badass. Arthur/doom/anti air assist looks like it will be fun to deal with. I'm thinking trish. Actually, either of those chars with doom and trish will be pretty  cool if your aim is to spam the screen with stuff. And trish has that psuedo trap with doom as well. Shit relies on doom assist heaps though, so it's gonna be SnapBack bait. Fuck. Coming up with strays already. Sooooooooo hype.

In other news, meh magneto gameplay. Didn't look like he had an 8-way airdash,

Mags looked far slower: hypergrav was super slow, but we'll have to wait and see. After watching that X23 video she looks like she'll be really high up. Modok kinda reminds me of Dizzy or just one of those jump away and throw shit at you characters. Modok + doom = new clockwork or that spiral team?

tell me you guys werent really expecting magneto to be the same monster he was in mvc2. has ssf4 and the 3S characters taught you nothing?

X-23 doesnt look like anything special TBH mason. And i dont think MODOK can be compared with spiral. If anything, he reminds me of a slower, considerably less effective cable. Almost like if you were to play a runaway tron using rocks/copters in MVC2. I think arthur is the closest we're gonna get to spiral/megaman/cable.

I cant really comment on whats going to be good/bad until i see how all the assists work. Trish/Dante have really good anti airs. Doom/Amaterasu look like they can bust some decent lockdown, but outside of that i havent seen much assist wise that has really stood out.

And yes i know its still in testing and shit isnt complete blah blah blah. This is how i see it right now.

Eh, what's to worry about with snapbacks really? There's no double snap 'glitch' in this one.

I have to say, I really haven't seen a single thing from this game yet which makes me go AWESOME I HAVE TO PLAY THIS :/

Like i say mason, im not that impressed. What will determine how good she is or not will be how the assists work. To me she just looks like MVC2 cammy.

It's hard to look at this game too negatively when your other option is to play SSF4.

Well, at least it'll be useful for tournament organisers: they can very accurately predict the length of a match because they all end by time over!

Alright.  Arthur looks impressive.  Seems like Megaman so far.  Like the whole golden armour super powering up his projectiles.  Wonder if losing his armour will mean him taking more damage.  X-23 so far very boring only because she doesn't feel like she brings anything exciting nor new to the game.  MODOK.. hhmmm.. slow, big target, floaty.  Not sure what to think.
