Whatever you play El Fuerte. I tried quite a few characters anyway, I had 1 go as Fuerte and I only managed to 2 hit RSF when I normally can do 3 lol. I dunno if it was lag but I had to delay the stop longer than I normally would. His U2 is pretty cool although I only managed to use it as a wake up lol.
