both got the same parts sanwa etc., whats the difference anyone have experince? these hori ones are more pricy too

It's honestly just personal preference to be honest bro.

There is a slight difference in the button layout, and the amount of space between the stick and the buttons.  Best is to just try it out.

At tourney's we trnd to have TE sticks though, so if you are keen to come to tourneys where you won't be using your own stick all the time, maybe go with the tournament edition.
