Japan Trip, anyone keen?

So, I'm going to be flying back to Japan next year, around January/February for a one or two week period before I move over there to live the following year. I was wondering if anyone was keen to setup a group trip, see if we can cut costs with a bigger booking. I've a lot of friends living there so we also might be able to crash at a friends one or two nights.

I'm mainly going over there to sort out my living situation and look around for a place to setup my business.
But I figure, why not make it in to something a bit more fun?

So yeah, if anyone ever thought about going or was planning to go. See if we can work something out!

I met a guy at University a couple of years back, he came up to me with the proposition for an international auction site.
The site is already in development and is self-funded through his parents for the initial stretch. We're still deciding on a lot of things, so I can't reveal anything yet.

Trip would be to Tokyo, so any and all regions around there should suit fine.
