By the looks you're using a dodgy onboard intel graphics chipset -- which would explain the low FPS. You mentioned it was a laptop, right ? I was reading the "maximum" requirements and they didn't seem too intense, 2.0ghz core 2 duo, 2gb ram, 10gb free space, Direct X 9.0c... Fairly run of the mill ?

Yeah it's shame I can't just plug in a graphics card like if I had a desktop.

But you are right, I think they did a pretty good job at optimizing it. I even like running it on full setting super slow just to get high res screen grabs.

Not gonna buy a desktop for it. If my Laptop had the balls then maybe. For Street Fighter 4 on Business trips awesomeness.

Yeah, actually, Ryu isn't so popular a character among the top 200 players, I think by last count there were four of them, one of which was in the top 20: Daigo. Considering 11 of the top 20 are Sagats, I can see the 47% is justified. Good to see Shiro's Abel and Kindevu's Rufus are still around the top 20 mark, in fact Kindevu has three characters in the top 200 lol.

Last I heard AC Revengers Abel was also up there in the ranks. Quite a few of the japanese are picking him up and playing relatively well with him.
