Yeah I've heard Vodafone isn't much better. I guess thats why I moved from them in the first place. -_-

It's probably your line itself looking at that ping thing. Or your exchange or something. Rather than
the provider (aren't most of them using telecom lines/hardware anyway?)

switched from telecom adventurer 20 gig to pro 40g, one of the differences being interleaving is off on the pro one....
