Also, when the date changed to July 3rd I asked and 'Katey' said that the dates subject to change because it's an import title... If they secured an order for these ages ago, what the hell is holding it up?

Ugh, rural delivery will probably delay it another day, three max.
I'll have like 10 or 15 days play, if they don't keep delaying it.

Yeah, the thing is when it was delayed to the 3rd, playasia ect all got delayed to the 3rd too so I was like meh, nothing they could've done. This time none of the other sites are delayed so I'm actually pissed off and wanting a reason

Yeah, I was like.. Three days, not so bad. That's delayed from the original 25th release, same as Japan. (Total lie on Aksys part) Now it's the 6th.. 11 days longer.

Bro chill out, it's probably completely out of their control. Shipping from Japan/US might have been delayed. Customs does spot checks on stuff like this so it could be held up at the wharf. There are a lot of reasons why this could be delayed that are beyond their control.
It's not like an official distributor has broken a set release date, Mightyape are going out of their way to import games for us, going above and beyond what other stores offer or are prepared to do. Getting pissed at them isn't going to make them want to process your order any faster haha.
