Also sounds like Nu-13 is being taken out and replaced by a new char called  Lambda-11. Which is one way to rebalance

Most people's balance issues tend to start with Nu-13.
Anyway the replacement is expected to be similar except less OP.
And storywise it will work.

I expect all chars will receive tweaks to rebalance.

Doesn't really appeal, ive completed story mode and she doesn't do anything.
Have to wait & see how she plays - but at this moment I have no interest.
Terumi on the other hand aka Hazama could be very cool.

5000 HP for Lambda-11 (Nu-13) sounds a bit harsh.
