Cost you less, and they are just as good for playing on.  The only reason I would go for a TE over this is soley because they are easier to mod.  So if you dont care about modding too much... Just go the HRAP3.

Then spend 30 bucks and get six sanwa buttons and come see me and I'll throw them in for you.

Nah bro I want a TE, everyone else is got one and it's got SF4 on it, I just want the best seeing i got $600 to spend, if i did get that stick the rest of the money would get me into shit ( crazy as drugs spree)

Honestly, I think an HRAP is better than a TE for all the reasons that Leo said and I find them a little heavier which is good. I'm sure you don't really give a shit about modding, so save yourself the extra $100 or so dollars and get an HRAP. You could use the left over money to get BB and Mahvell!

after trying a TE at Lenny's I have to agree the HRAP3 just feels nicer IMO.
I was all set to get a TE as a 2nd stick luckily Toomeke talked me out of it before I had tried one.

TE is a great stick but I find HRAP3 a smidge better.
If you do want to get a TE - I think direct from Capcom looks like the best option (certainly popular round here).

Also the TE has problems with some USB controllers on the PC - which you can overcome by sticking in a new USB card. No problems with HRAP that I am aware of.

TBH on sunday when I was playing on Toomeke's HRAP I actually liked my TE stick more, not sure what that was about. I like the box on the HRAP more I think...

I got time to think about it anyway, my debit card wont be ready till 5-10 working days, I can get blazeblue and marvel anyways. Gonna start thrashing those games, sick of SF4 (not because of tourny dissapointment, just coz all the chars have been learnt)

IMO I like my TE more than my HRAP, but I think thats cause my TE has Seimitsu buttons which i favour.  Aesthetically I like the TE more, but to play on I like both.

I'll be in for that, i'll get trashed (only managed about 30 mins playtime last week or so) but will be good fun.

I think the TE I played on was unmodded.
I need a Seimitsu balltop to match my HRAP artmod thats coming - so if anyone is ordering parts let me know.

I like my Te more than the HRAP , I dont like the start and select buttons over the top of the main buttons cos a masher like me could easily hit them and forfeit the round like at the tourney .

The TEs are at the back so no chance but get what you want dude , anything will be better than pad , you will get used to it quick
