OK guys,
Please let me know if I can book the venue? just confirming we want 2 xbox 360 on those square pillars with 4 HDTV??? or do you guys want the 52 inch HDTV as well? because it might cost a bit more... I am not sure how many people will turn up but with $5 per person won't cover the cost i think...

I think we definitely want the 4 consoles around one of the bays, not sure about the tv...

I'm presuming that we can upscale the operation on the day depending on turnout.

I wouldn't worry about the cost, either. I'll sort it out one way or another.
