may i ask how you are modding the skins? editing like that cant be done in a hex editor can it? Im just curious as I have skinned a few characters fot games and mods myself and thought this could be fun. Is it hex editing to extract and then photoshoping then re-inserting or somethinG?

Haha I saw that hogan skin on srk the other day. It's fucking cool. Someones also done quite a nice goth chub, and an ok ninja claw.

It's a bit of a pain in the ass. But once you work it out it isn't too hard:
