â– Eclipse: The Starfire and Wrath buffs from this talent are now on separate 30 second. cooldowns. In addition, it is not possible to have both buffs active simultaneously.
â– Owlkin Frenzy: Now also restores 2% base mana every 2 seconds for the duration (10 seconds) in addition to its current effects.

Yep. Did you see the crits I was pulling off on you? My spec is being made even more viable too with the prot buffs in the future. Last stand I don't have to push, 20 second HoJ and a ranged silence that crits for 5k on a healer? Thanks bro <3
