Due to a bunch of people expressing interest in another training session before the tournament, we're looking at doing another one near the end of June (remember xlan on 18th July as well), more info coming...

I played a couple matches over PSN today with Hydro and got absolutely schooled. Can't wait to get schooled face to face lol.

man i cant believe i got bounced trying to sneak alchahol in again, this time i brought a coke bottle filled with bourbon , andd even though he thought it was coke he made me leave it outside the wank.
Oh well next time im just gonna buy a coke there and tip that shit out straight then just refill it outside, who's with me viva la drunken SF.

Hey yeah was a good get together Saturday. Lenny we had a match towards the end there I played Honda vs your Gen. Never really played Gen before you definately got him sussed out. Saw you had a good match up against that Zangief player on the big screen which was a close game too - very nice to watch. Was also good to finally try out a fightstick - needing some getting used to but can see how it would make execution easier once you've sussed it out. There were a few Southsiders so be good for us to hook up a local bash up sometime soon.

I used to be a bar manager in town a few years back.  The DLA (The government peeps that regulate the sale of liquor in NZ) can fine and take away an establishments licence if the manager is seen to be letting people bring their own alcohol into an establishment.  Also, if a person is found to be "intoxicated" on a premesis the DLA can remove a licence and shut a place down for up to 4 weeks immediately.  Bar managers tend to be pretty anal because of that reason.  I used to get cops sending 13 and 14 year old girls into my bar made up to look older just to try and catch me out.  When you know a bit more about it you can sympathise with them alot more, cause they have to deal with arseloads of bullshit.


Man yesterday was fucking great. Big ups to everyone that helped organising, and big ups to the venue for giving us a wicked deal as per normal.  I reckon we're gonna need more setups next time.

Yeah um, don't do this. The RvB guys have been really good to us, and we want to help them out rather than fuck them over. Every event we've said no outside drinks, and to buy them at the counter, so I don't hold much sympathy sorry...

Free just flights and accommodation, I'll be doing it for the love of the game  It would only be a weekend, Draw, Fly up Thurs morning draw half a day Draw Friday. FIGHT Saturday!

My game will be total shit though, since I'll have the sleepless glazed over brand new father look.

Who knows, maybe we get a Battle Rash Rose in the Tournament. The south island's only entry. Represent!
