He showed perple that its no tier that matters, now he knows the pros and cons of both char and uses them depending on his opponent and how he feels at that particular time.

SO you can't really char lock when it comes to like MM, unless both sides agree. which in this case its not.

I love that you STILL don't understand what the tier argument was about. Of COURSE a hood player can win with any character. That's common sense. It's just much harder to do so with a lower tier (weaker) character. All Hue proved when he switched to viper was that he is a manly beast. Tiers still matter. An they will always matter.
