ive been hit with the slide infinite a few times. i remember simon killing one of my characters, and then proceeding to do the slide infinite for about 15 seconds before he let my next character come in :S

Yeah, but I mean there's always something more practical for the Magneto player to do, it's just showing off... and I don't have the inclination to play that way any more.

sigh~~~ i jst finished playing marvel vs capcom 2 jst now haha
finally i can time magneto HK Cancel super jump~~!

very very tiring!! learning MSP!

Next: HP cancel SJ. Then lp cancel. There's tons of stuff you CAN learn, I don't really see much benefit in learning that stuff though... but then I didn't think it was worthwhile to learn the japanese infinite setup for Ironman either...

Also don't know why I bothered trying to learn Mag's slide infinite... like that will EVER be useful!

--flux

hopefully you've seen the error of your ways  :P

but yeh, slide infinite is for show.....resets are where its at.....the dopeness of a reset is awesome.........ironman resets are the best......

[NIUE] BIRRY WONG

The person that kills someones first character, and then slide infinites until time over is THE MAN.
<Smoof>
He's the hero NZism deserves.
But not the one it needs right now.
So we'll hunt him.
Because he can take it.
Because he's not our Hero.
He's a Niuean Guardian.
A watchful poster.
BIRRY WONG.

I learnt all my Spiral Tricks from watching Classic Ricky Ortiz matches (old vids 01/02 etc) Duc vids,DJB13 tricks of the trade and reading up on Spiral from Shoryuken.com ;D. A MUST is to learn the trap, keep loading swords (when safe) knowing the teleports and when too safely. Guard break with wall of swords etc  8) Spiral rushdown SJ or j,XX,Drop(d,db,b+RK) FP
+ cable/commando load swords or you can combo without the use of the assist
