She says that ultra select will take place after you and your opponent have picked your character, and that the blind select will be turned off. In other words, blind select pick your character, see each other's character, then ultra select. Yes, I know this is in contrast to what s-kill said, and I don't know why. Sagat is actually shithouse. TU does too much damage in SF4, and not enough damage in SSF4. Additionally, maybe its just his new ultra, but the damage off of it when used in a combo is fucking rubbish.

Dudley on the other hand does huge damage off of his uppercut, and is a braindead combo machine. Yawn.

Dudley is retarded strong, and sagat has been nerfed maybe a touch too hard. But overall there seems to be A LOT more viable characters outside of the same sagat/ryu/akuma lameness we get currently.

Hes going to get outpoked, but its not going to last forever. He only needs to get in ONCE to turn the match around by the looks of it. And it doesnt look like he's going to have THAT much trouble getting in in any case. And heaps of his stuff looks really safe as well.

Also, he has 1050hp. Nice job there capcom.

Realistically, MOST of the cast is looking more viable. Dudley, maybe a little TOO viable. I mean, i doubt he is going to be any more bullshit than vanilla SF4 Sagat. But i also doubt he is going to be any LESS bullshit than vanilla SF4 Sagat.

Games not out yet i guess. We'll see how it all ends up. Theres going to be thousands of dudley's online to practice on at least.
