gotta agree with B Boy, Seth would look mean in a business suit or some clothes other than just his pants, but i guess capcom love his yin yang ball too much.

I think it seems a bit off just because all the characters in the A tier are from vanilla, probably indicative of lots of the players knowing those characters better than the new ones.

Yea defintiely. They even say that list is probably going to change heavily over the next few months.

Man they put Sakura and Rose pretty low. I guess the lower characters on that list more generally don't have good wakeup options.

I guess at the highest level Sakura's mixups and stuff aren't as viable or maybe they are more viable. She's been buffed so much.
