Live Sound/Event Production - MAINZ

Doing some gigs allready while studying full time, finish in 8 weeks.

Out of half my band go to MAINZ CHCH and my old drummer was on one of the early courses back in the westcoast of the south island. Recorded there twice even.

I'm a Pavement artist/freelance illustrator, also do part time graphic design/consultancy for an ad agency and teach kids for school holiday/after school art classes.

Yes!!! fucking finally, i thought i was the only one. I wish i could be a bum forever but my mums forcing me to go to uni (beeyatch). Gotta go to this career adviser tomorrow. I'm just gonna say I wana get paid by getting laid, what you got for me.

I tried that (freelance Illustration). Didn't work out. I'm not business minded enough. So now I'm a recovery agent for car insurance.

I'm currently a bum/writer (finished my first book a the beginning of the year). Used to be an account manager for Auck-tauranga-ham for all concrete tools & color. But got made redundant when the company went bung coz of our MD.

So yeah, just writing & playing C.Viper fulltime, that's what I do!

Ok, unless you're considering a career in the porn industry or doing something illegal, what activities do you like? Uni isn't always a stimulating environment and I definitely wouldn't recommend going for the sake of going.

Yeah bro -- been DJing for about a year now... it's heaps of fun and is a pretty good way to earn some extra cash on the side... I play mostly house genres, but I'd love to find some good jazzy hip hop stuff to spin and learn how to scratch properly -- think Mark Farina - Mushroom Jazz... None of this Flo-Rida shit

My job is 75% design and 25% prepress. We don't actually make the plates here (we did at my old job) it's mostly checking overprints, dielines, trapping and colour correction etc.
