Yeah sometimes I will stop a sketch halfway if I feel it isn't going the way I wanted. Or just simply if I feel like drawing something else.

nice Dredd! The eagle looks awesome. for some reason I can never fit everything on him when I try to draw him.

the colouring texture is really easy. in photoshop you just go filter>stylize>halftone pattern and it will give it the old comic book print look.
