I would say removal of trade ultra + double hit SRK is actually pretty huge.
I was watching Chris Hu vs Sanford in a stream the other day Ryu vs Sagat. And his Ryu was looking awesome and Sagat was too but they were both going pretty even. Ryu players are crying but imo he's still bloody good.

Removal of trade ultra is not even close to being a big nerf at that level. I can't actually remember the last time i saw it in a match between any well know players. All this nerf means is that mashers can't capitalise on their retardedness. It wont affect high-level Ryu in the slightest.
And there are a myriad of ways around the double hit HP srk. (ie. use mp/lp srk)

Thomas, I actually though Daigo had it there. Usually when you cross up Guile in vanilla and he does Ultra he will get 1 measly hit. Which woulda killed Rufus. Not sure about how dive kicks work against it lol.

Yeah that would be harder to land/confirm than demon flip dive kick to U2. That is incredibly range dependent. Only gonna land that after a dizzy, where straight up U2 probably does more damage/is a million times safer.
