I also just noticed this on Playasia.

http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-dd-49-en-70-3hcy.html

For those that cant be fucked clicking, its a STOCK TE. ie. a TE, minus the SF4 artwork. Still got full sanwa parts etc.

Those all dont look too bad. Depends how easy they are to mod i guess.

And that Taito one is fucking epic. There will be a few of those that end up being sexified with awesome mods.

I guess the VX and V3 don't look so bad, but the other ones are FUCKING ENORMOUS. Like WAY too big to be useful for almost anything.

I wonder what kind of parts they'll have in them. Probably the standard Hori stuff I imagine, especially at that price.

Nice to see hori finally adopting a usable button layout though.

Well hori are taking feedback on these sticks or so from what ive read in the SRK thread, so hopefully they are at least sanwa sticks and quick change buttons if they are hori buttons.

Im not a fan of the shape either tbh.

And also, it might just be the mock-up picture you posted, but the case doesn't look particularly large. I see my wrists resting on the bottom edge, which i dont imagine would be comfortable.

If it WAS larger, it would end up being kinda gumpy. Id rather not be carrying my stick around in a guitar case that looks like it was discarded by a member of a bad 'kiss' tribute band.

its personal preferrance tbh, I find it great with teh different look and the size is as big as a TE. Either way its not a concern since its me who is using it :)
