Title: Sanwas in Wellington
Post by: rugdoctor on September 04, 2009, 12:12:10 PM
Or Seimitsu..Was wondering whether anyone in Wellington can sell me some buttons, scored a hrap ex yesterday and wish to upgrade the buttons. I believe it had 8 x 33mm and 2 x 27mm, will be also interested in swap/+cash with the HORI arcade specs that came with the stick.

All I can see on TM at mo is this crowd for knock off Sanwa's, anyone tried these?

Hey dude, be aware that those aren't anything near sanwa styled buttons on that trademe link. sanwa are pop in buttons...those ones look more similar to the seimitsu screw in's...but pretty long.

In my experience...
(2 wrecked wireless controllers, 1 successful home made arcade box...that has to be completely dismantled to change the batteries :(, 1 Hori Dead or Alive fightstick...that kicks ass, and my new TE Fightstick that i'm still to get used to...)
I would either keep an eye on trademe because I did manage to buy some sanwa buttons from there...or invest in getting some real sanwas online somewhere.
