I actually want this game seeing as I missed the whole Calamity Trigger thing... Am I right in remembering that there hasn't been a console announcement for this yet ?

[NIUE] BIRRY WONG

<Smoof>
He's the hero NZism deserves.
But not the one it needs right now.
So we'll hunt him.
Because he can take it.
Because he's not our Hero.
He's a Niuean Guardian.
A watchful poster.
BIRRY WONG.

I agree. The unconventional mechanics are a real drawcard for Blazblue.

Guess I'm just an old fogey then, because it looks fucking retarded to me.

Tell me something, Billy. How come a cute little guy like this can turn into a thousand ugly monsters?

samurai black

I've been playing CS for about a month now, and I have to say Hazama is very, very fun.

His "chest javelin" (lol) is his drive Orobous which you throw out with D, and by either pressing D again, or B or C, you can pull yourself to various positions depending on where the snake chain stopped. A is to cancel mid throw.

I was using Hakumen in CT, but now that CS is rolling round, I might bump Hazama to my main, purely because he's so enjoyable to play.

Tsubaki can do some sick damage too :|
HEAVEN OR HELL? DUAL ONE. LETS ROCK!

karizzma

I have been playing it for a few days now and I am really liking it. Favorite characters atm are bang and hazama.

Here are the level 10 trails from the game.

Ok so maybe there ARE some similarities with Slayer... his normals are fairly reminiscent...
