Basically, do a taunt and then do the cannonball/fireball move.

Player 1 hold Start with Ruby Heart. Do a QCF. Press LP. The effects of
this varies. It depends on which direction you are holding. Any Upwards
direction you stand still facing left. Right you turn into a barrel and
shot upwards. Left you turn into a ghost and shoot upward. Down/Left you do
a fast downwards strike. Down you also turn into a ghost and shoot upwards.
Down/Right gets different results depending on the other characters you pick.
You can freeze the game, get free credits, or shoot off the screen forever or
end any game whenever you want to.

If we're doing the ranking thing then the tourney wont count towards them. The ranking idea was to add another element of competition to the casuals we have at yifans. But hell, if people are keen to impliment that shit then im down to take care of the numbers etc for sure.

With a good $10-$20 entry fee for the tournament of about 20-30 people and talk RVB into sponsoring the event would be good :D

well first it depends on how many days the tournament going to last, then venue etc.
Once we have something in mind we can find accommodations, my guess it shouldn't be too bad if guys are willing to share rooms and such? 3-4 one room with matress/ couch etc... I had 8 people in a hotel room once witht eh bed matress layed on the floor :) but yeah haha just an idea.
