Title: Top Spin hurricane ST

Picking up o.Ken and I've seen a couple of japs use it on ggpo so I thought I'd have a shot at it. The correct motion is qcb, uf+kick yes? no?

What use's does it have? I've been trying to get over projectiles and anti-airing with it. Is it even worth learning?

Mostly  gets used to get out of the corner in my experience.

The info here *seems* to suggest it's the same input as other air hurricanes just the timing affects if it will happen...?

It looks like you have 0~6 frames after jumping on an angle to do the hurricane input with ken?
