Made this for my PS3 the other day. You just have to imagine the XMB icons sitting over the horizontal transparent line so they stand out off the background.

You just need to make a 1920x1080 size, 72dpi jpeg. You can downlaod a template off the net so you know where the XMB icons sit.
I change my wall paper like once a week. Right now i'm rocking a Evil Ryu one, But i use the icons from this college football (grid iron) theme because there really fancy and shit but still represent what they mean which is quite hard to find if ya na i mean. What icons do you use bro ?
I dont like the sf THEMES (not wallpapers) because there will have say Guile where your music icon should be at.
