Yeah, you're not getting into it then. There is absolutely, definitely, going to be a several month gap between arcade and console release - and probably always will with Tekken. The arcades are too lucrative for them.
Several months or even a year not bad. But any longer and the TZ boys are gonna be to untouchable lol.
TZ guys play non-stop there, even if they have it on consoles lol. Talk about mad $$$!

Wonder what sort of changes will be implemented to returning and existing characters. Makes me wonder about the possibility of new characters as well. I never really got into TTT but that is more to do with me at the timing of the game launching (Didn't spend alot of time at the arcades and a very very late adopter of PS2) rather than the game itself. Very exciting since I still play T6 quite a bit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but your datacard can store more than one person, cabinets connected to the net can have live view matchings to displays also connected, you can register 'teams' (west coast vs east coast, or if your in the Philippines, SM Mega Mall vs Glorietta 4 haha).

I'm not really sure I like the slow down after the B!-tag system, and there are a lot of people complaining that it looks whack. But Harada is saying that he did a survey test and over 90% of players thought the timing was too hard/ambiguous without it. Have to play it and find out I guess.
Rage is still in, but it's in the style of the old TTT, so your inactive character will tag in with rage after the active character has received a certain amount of damage. So that's cool.
Jinpachi plays differently to the rest of the Mishimas, his EWGF is executed with a d/f+2 ahahah. So I'm a bit meh about him at the moment.
I doubt the stages are going back to T4 style, the inclines and obstacles were fucked up haha. They allowed for way too many glitches and infinites. So far it looks to me like the only major addition to the stage system is the ledges, and they are pretty much the same as the wall breaks in T6 except that your tag partner continues the combo.
