Hi all,
As a fresh faced newbie, I thought it prudent to do the standard 'hello world' type post. I'm what you might class as a 'mature' gamer - as in I am far too close to 30 and am married, with children. Dont let this fool you though, I've been cracking heads and throwing hadokens since I was a wee lad, skiving off from more traditional pursuits (sport, school, social life) to pursue shoryuken nirvana. I am on PSN a lot (pax_bisonica), and occasionally on XBL (pax bisonica), and am always keen for a fight. I am far from the greatest gamer that ever walked the earth, I just have a fascination with the Fighting Genre, particularly anything with chunky 2d sprites ;) I am currently living in a rural area, so am cut off from any kind of arcade or general gaming get together, so would love to meet some of you fine people online. Hey bro. Good to hear from you. Age doesnt matter. Most of us range from early 20's to about 30, so youre well within the bracket. :)

Hey :D The nearest town is a place called Waimate... its south of Timaru, a little more inland. Pretty dull place really, but its not all bad. Travelling the 45km to work everyday is a pain though...
