Check out your quest coming up. I think they give you a free one once you complete it.
other than that. Think of a A rank ms plan. And try to make it. Its better off that way.
Yeah, I started trying to get all the C rank MS to make Impulse. I don't know how to open the tutorial for the first quest, apparently it's complete single player movement and combat tutorial or something.
You click on the Take Mission. After you finish. You click on it again and recieved quest prize.
Dont get Impulse stuff yet... It will take a while. lol

Doing the quests is probably the best. the SDGO wiki has a list of all of them with the requirements in english.
