Funny you should mention that. Got it sorted on my new computer but a couple of weeks my router blew up, literally overheated and melted so I have a new one I'll try and set it up again this Sunday.
I also have KoF2K2 on my Xbox but don't know what the netcode would be like. I don't have IRC but I'll hit you up on Google+.
