Capcom revealed that the arcade version of Street Fighter IV  will support IC cards, you can register your nicknames, save battle points and purchase costumes and accessories with the card. You can use battle points to redeem mobile phone wallpaper and ringtones (wut?), as well as buying different costumes, accessories for your characters (dress them up like VF5 and T6, yay...). Street Fighter IV will launch in arcade on July 18.

i played sf4 for about an hour yesterday. its pretty fun.

minor complaints being that the stages are actually quite large, and with the characters pathetic forward dash, its kinda hard to cross the screen quickly if you wanna rush.

and it takes forever to build super meter. you build ultra meter a hell of a lot faster than effing super meter. and you only get one bar. full super meter grants you the opportunity for 5 EX moves, but i don't want EX shoryu, i want bloody EX side kick.

ultras are a bit iffy. you have the opportunity to whip out more than one a round if you're getting wailed on, but the few ive seen are kinda useless. ryu's especially. c.viper has a small delay between the start up hit and follow up, so if you're awesome you can hurricane kick through it to safety, like me 

and its on a standard machine thingy at yifans, no flashy hi-def widescreen cab like t6, but i heard the dudes yesterday talking about possibly getting something or other when they were setting it up yesterday.

and $2 a game is queer.
