ALso About the Joysticks we need atleast TWO decent joysticks we can use for this, does anyone have these they could bring? We will certainly take good care of them and of course if there are issues we can help out in repairing if it comes to that.

I'm currently in the process of creating the brackets as people sign up.
So please help advertise this anywhere/EVERWHERE
the more we get the better the prizes. Spread the word for now until we get the posters out.

We definitely want a spare stick or two in case of breakage.
MAKE SURE they are clearly identifiable though, and we need to have someone watching them so nothing gets stolen... I trust you guys, but other people that might come along... who knows?

Very True and point taken.
We will have people watching over them as the event goes on, as it will be used for the games, so everyone will notice if something is wrong.
the ones we don't use we can lock it up in the RVB office
