Nah not quite.  They refer to chun li as thier "aunty" but she is not a blood relative to them.  They know her because Gen used to be her master.

i dont read the comics.

doesnt take too much to figure out, the twins are rocking similar moves to gen anyway. in fighting games that typically means family/master/pupil relationship.

Lee has Yun's lunging punch move in SF1. Also sports a similar hairstyle and costume.

Man I wish they would bring Lee back.
