Man its cool how phoenix can turn into the actual phoenix with the fiery wings. Even though i hate power up supers. No cool animation. That ones straight mint.

Damn they could do that for Phoenix but couldn't make Dante turn into a devil. Sad kungs to Dante.

Unless its in a combo. Or youre capcom. But his isnt technically a DP.

I use dp all the time with dan in MvC2...

Dan should only ever use DP 3 times in a match. Then you tag him out and use the invincible 4th DP assist to hit storm out of hailstorm. Then tag him in and go for a sneaky tron reset into otoko michi. Then laugh at yor opponent as their pride disintegrates.

Yeah Otoko michi is awesome. It does good damage though in mvc2 you gotta admit, unlike MSHvSF:

Though one of my favourite dan tricks is taunt super and just before they go to hit you you dhc into hail storm.

I guess SF4 uses the same idea where you can cancel into ultra, but it's more blaringly obvious. But I'm sure there are some uses for dps, there just aren't really any top tier characters with dps. Air block kinda ruins it, but yeah I'll just shut up now.

I do too when I play scrub/clops.  Also, the Birry uses Sonson's DP all the time too or is that not a DP motion that stupid upwards move he does and then cancels to the stick super?
