A better online service, hackable console, same games as ps3 besides first party, better resolutions (if you like that sort of thing), best multiplayer experience for console games and the list keeps going.

Bad points, Subscription (if you play any monthly subscription game this is far cheaper than those), RROD, Noisy muthafucker (unless you play all your games from your external hard drive! FUCK YES!) and no blueray.
