Im not an organizer, so i'll leave it to them to decide what and hwo they want the tournament.
Just giving my ideas and thoughts.

Lol tbh I am learning from experience.  It's not the easiest thing to do, but getting there slowly each time.

I have some ideas around spreading the setups around giga so as not to bottleneck the place too much, but unfortunately we will have to accept the fact that it will get cramped.  On the first day there will be 6 or 7 setups so we're gonna have to grit our teeth and bare it a little.

I like the idea.
I also think we should divide the top players into different teams and random the rest. Otherwise, the probabilities for 2 good players be in the same team is fairly high and when that happens, the fun is ruined.

Good idea... but...
Its fairly hard to divide the so call top players? how do you define this? by previous tournaments? randbats??
