Thomas, I actually though Daigo had it there. Usually when you cross up Guile in vanilla and he does Ultra he will get 1 measly hit. Which woulda killed Rufus. Not sure about how dive kicks work against it lol.

Awesome to see Daigo using other characters really well and especially that Guile. He's still got the charge lol and could pull off U1 fine.
