The hacked SFII version that has 10 fireball when DP is actually called 降龙 which means "defeat the dragon", well...sort of.




In actual so called rainbow version DP comes with no fireballs but travels half(lp) to full(fierce screen). sonic booms and fireballs oscillating up and down cross the screen slowly.
