Filmed off the LCD screen. Not sure if i like the LCD or projector screen more.
Will upload a projector one next and see what others think maybe.

This one filmed off the projector.. obviously when the picture goes dark my camera
was set on auto iso so it tries to make it brighter and looks funny, but otherwise..
I don't think its that bad for filming a projector... ?

monitor is better cause you get better colours and it's brighter

For me, the monitor has TOO much contrast for the camera sensor. You lose a bit of detail in the brightest spots like on some skin etc..
And the glare/reflections are annoying.

It's always better to shoot flat, and boost the contrast/saturation in post where you can control it.

But i know what you're saying, it is a bit more satisfying SOOC (straight out of camera) shooting the monitor if you don't have time for post.

I think what's up there looks good. And yeah it's definitely not as simple as "monitor is better".

Heb, is there a setting to turn off the auto focus or iso that you have on yours.  Just noticed that it keeps giving that zooming effect on the screen.  Not sure what it is but damn its annoying.

Also.. that green on the youtube channel is lame.. it makes reading the words hard....

Stu if you're referring to the Kogan, then I cannot set the focus because that's what you get for a 300 dollar camcorder haha. Blame these new games that likes to fade into black hahahah
