I have the opposite problem, my camera doesn't do autofocus for movies.. THAT can be a major pain in the ass for run and gun styles.

I think it would be a very good idea for each event INCLUDING ranbats to upload vids. Even if ranbats is only grand finals - good to put content up regularly.

I leave it up to others to implement my awesome idea.
