The motion is like this bro

charge db > F > B+PP > F+PPP

You wanna kara the last bit of the motion so hold down PP then move to foward and press the other punch well your still holding the two punch buttons

charge db > F > B > F+PP~P works as well

Make sure you are canceling just a bit before the fireball hits.

It's slightly easier if you go

Charge B, F, B + 3P, F + 3P

since the input system is so lenient, you can do rush punches by "pre-charging" the back command... it's really helpful for doing sonic booms, as you get a little bit of back charge before the boom even comes out
