Dash demons are meant to be one of the easier buffers as far as I know (well, easier than instant demons). Tyler says he can do them but I've never seen him do it ever, I assume it's because he doesn't know how to set them up right.



I actually think I'll be playing a steady diet of ken/denjin/yang/Q for a bit now and I'm going to cop a lot of flack for it in the process

Even just watch the first match (the second he does it but to empty jumpins), he does that funny escape option I was talking about where be backwards jump/parrys... I think it's definitely something he picked up with Q to get out of ambiguous crossup situations... His ken in general reeks of Q IMHO
One of the rounds he almost kills them with just wake up throws as well

I'm enjoying playing Q a lot even against Ken. In a masochistic way it's a fun matchup. I think I can hold my own just inside sweep distance, but I'm screwed point black and ex hurricane ambiguous cross up can diaf man.

I'm pretty adament that playing denjin is entirely braindead and ken and akuma have stuff you actually have to learn, haha. Ryu in 3S is watered down ken with a bigger haymaker combo (donkey kick) and a kara throw.

Actually- that's a lie. Ken doesn't need a kara throw and double SRKs does more damage than donkey kick combo.

Damn Kuroda's Ken is SICK, some of the best ken footage I've seen.
I liked his Denjin Ryu a lot though. But yeah, Ryu is kinda dull. And the super is a gimmick but it's a pretty good one.

Not giving up FOR, I just don't see why you need to "learn" or even practise it if you have ken basics down.

IMO the best ken footage is by INO vs Kuroda (AK)... this is relentless. The wakeup games coming from both sides is amazing.

Next best would be Chinta SBO '08... Deshi love will have to wait further down the list
