i saw pics of the toyline thats supposed to accompany the show and theyve got mumm-ra in the line up.

Thundercats without Mumm-ra wouldn't be Thundercats. I bet there's gonna be an episode where he just owns them all when he's introduced.

The character designs are pretty meh imo. But Snarf looks like the original which is cool  8)

Looks awesome! I actually quite like the new character designs :P. Saw an old article that said Snarf won't speak in this series though.
