Arcade vs Console ports differences (all games)

Airthrow over at SRK has put together a thread discussing differences between arcade versions and the various console ports, could be useful for some people in the future, so I'll link it here

FWIW I emulate pretty much everything other than GGXXAC and KoFXI (since they are PS2 only and ps2 emulation isn't quite there yet ) and use nullDC for MvC2 (gotta rip my CvS2 disc so I can try that too, actually)
