RVB Street Fighter 4 Registration

OKAY guys secured the VENUE it will be at RvB on the 21st or MARCH.
Time: roughly from 12 pm to 6 pm
Cost: I got a nice deal from the owner!!! nice guy, he will sponsor us with some prizes ( still need to confirm what they are ) but will be some nice gaming items
Also will cost us about $180 for the full 6 hour for the Projector room!!! now from what we got now Assuming everyone will pay we got about $110 with $10 per head. with advertisement etc I'm hoping to get at least another 10 or so people... the extra cash will contribute to RvB and us for drinks or whatever ( can be decided )

btw I do not gain from any of this, just would like to make ti clear.

Suggestion from the masses: spot prizes so randoms turning up don't have a COMPLETE waste of time.

First possibility: 360 live points cards (1500pts or whatever)
