So which version is sluggish ?
I only have (and have ever played) the PS3 version - is it slower
Tell me something, Billy. How come a cute little guy like this can turn into a thousand ugly monsters?

its considerably slower then the dc/arcade version...it good to learn the basics, but wen it comes to playing at the arcade getting used to the speed will change abit

i dont agree with this at all
if anything the dc version is slower unless u hav an ntsc dreamcast

fluxcore

pal dc turbo 1 is WAAAAAY slower than arcade. turbo 2 is a bit faster. Unless you're using a VGA box of course, then it's fine.

NTSC is much more similar to the arcade speed.

Xbox is just weird

no way.....unless your playing on normal speed mate :P

if you hav a pal dreamcast marvel runs at 50hz (unless some how an original changes it which i doubt) i had to mod my dc to an ntsc firm ware for it to be up to normal speed with the custom marvel games (runs exactly the same as the arcade)

stereomonkey

If you run a PAL DC through a VGA box onto a crt you get 60hz thanks to the DC being able to support true vga output.  This is the way/standard that most of the marvel guys play it.

Yea i dont actually know how fast/slow the DC version (pal) is compared to arcade, but was just saying how shit the xbox/ps3 version feels. I thought it was supposed to be an arcade perfect port or some shit.

has anyone tried playing the new version on a sdtv? Maybe it'll run different?
