Here's one of Poongko (best Korean player) playing Ryu and Seth in the recent Korean national tourney... Seth starts at 4:40, and he does one pretty neat combo in it...

No, theyre a qcf motion. Hes basically a shoto with a command grab, a wall jump and a dive kick.

This is the reason why i refuse to use zangief when he's not in the Haggar outfit. Although admittedly, im partial to a pink chef's outfit on fuerte, so what do i know about taste?
