Change your region to Australia. Play ranked. Sorted.

Thats New Zealand for you. I can always find games with people from NZism whenever im on and playing SF. Yes, you will be playing a lot of the same people, but thats just how it works given our size. Aus region + ranked should just about always find you some games if noone else is on.
