Not that I've come across. MS are really anal about converters and stuff, and there's pretty much no 3rd party stuff due to the encryption chip.

First, you need a wired xbox controller for it to work.
Second, only some usb sticks are compatable.
Thrid, there is minor lag on inputs (supposedly)
