try to convert them to something smaller, some h264 encoder or something. Even to wmv would be good, just get the filesize way down so you don't have to upload so much. Youtube is shit quality anyway.

If you need any help uploading some shit, i don't mind lending a hand... Due to Telecom being absolute idiots, I have unlimited max up/down bandwidth. Last month I downloaded 200gb's for $70 a month.

p.s... Hopefully no one here works for Telecom :D
